Taste of the Nation - Introducing Experience Intensity

Experience Intensity is a new customer experience brand benchmarking and evaluation tool for the going out sector, developed by BDRC Continental and running within each edition of Taste of the Nation from 2012.

  • The Experience Intensity evaluation process delivers a single, composite score out of 100 from which sector operators can effectively benchmark customer experience

  • This meaningful score is the latent variable representing the real underlying quality of experience currently delivered to UK consumers, incorporating in correct proportions, all the key ingredients contributing to each going out occasion.

  • It provides diagnostic information to help individual brands better invest finite resources for business growth.
