Matt Costin - Managing Director

Matt Costin

Head of the Hotels & Hospitality Division, Matt oversees all of BDRC Group’s hospitality sector research output.  A well-known industry specialist, Matt has an MA in International Relations from the University of Sussex and holds an MBA from Henley Management College

Cris Tarrant - CEO

Cris Tarrant

In addition to his management responsibilities, Cris continues to have an active research role in the Hotels & Hospitality team, with a focus on brand strategy projects.  Cris has won a variety of industry awards.  He has a Geography 1st from Durham University and a Social Sciences PhD from Manchester University.

Tim Sander
Tim is an authority on brand measurement and consumer perceptions in hospitality and has presented numerous conference papers and worked on brand trackers, syndicated studies and ad-hoc research for the largest hospitality organisations.

James Bland - Client Services Director

James Bland
James' background in hotels and hospitality is with a UK group of specialist conference centres, where he worked in Operations and Marketing for nearly a decade prior to joining BDRC Continental in January 2011.

Jude Bissert

A talented qualitative researcher & qualified ZMET practitioner, Jude also brings more than 13 years of client-side hotel marketing experience, having previously led the global B2B product at Hilton International.

Anthony Chaimowitz
Anthony joined BDRC Continental in 2012 bringing more than 10 years’ UK and international research experience. Anthony has overall responsibility for the execution and development of the Hotel Guest Survey.
