Latest client and project wins

  • Historic Royal Palaces visitor research programme
Our culture and tourism team have been successful in winning a further three year contract to operate the year-round visitor research programme for Historic Royal Palaces. Covering the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace and the recently re-presented Kensington Palace, the research uses our Grapevine tool for understanding impact of media on subsequent word of mouth, a bespoke visitor segmentation and a series of workshops to ensure findings are implemented throughout the organisation.
  • National Museum Wales visitor survey programme
We have been commissioned by National Museum Wales to design and report upon a visitor survey programme throughout 2012 across their seven constituent museums. Incorporating our BDRC Visitor Benchmarks and a new approach to segmentation, the programme will, for the first time, include bespoke venue-specific reports.
  • Local Government Ombudsman - Social Care Communications Research
The Local Government Ombudsman (LGO) recently commissioned BDRC Continental's Government and Not-for-Profit team to undertake research looking into the best ways to communicate to self-funding adults receiving social care - the LGO's relatively new remit means they can now take on complaints from people in this sector.
