BDRC Continental wins ALVA visitor experience benchmarking study
The Association of Leading Visitor Attractions has commissioned BDRC Continental to undertake visitor experience research for a syndicate of over 40 major UK visitor sites. The study, which extends the pair’s 15-year partnership, aims to provide a ‘best practice’ template for visitor research. Taking place over a three year period, it will incorporate our unique Service Intensity measure and a bespoke online platform through which subscribers can access and tailor their results.
