British Mortgage Senate 2012

Mark Long will be attending the British Mortgage Senate on Friday 14th September 2012. The event brings together influential leaders, advisors and distributors to debate the most pertinent issues affecting the UK mortgage market.

As Director in the Financial and Business team, Mark's particular area of expertise lies in property and investment.  He manages BDRC Continental’s Landlords Panel survey, the only regular, commercially available study of the UK’s private rental and buy-to-let sectors. Mark’s presentation at the Senate, ‘Life as a BTL Landlord in 2012’, draws insights from the survey and provides an overview of the PRS and BTL sectors in 2011-12, honing in on confidence levels, profitability and sector innovation.
