BDRC Continental's Financial and Business Team has recently been commissed to carry out research on HNW travel insurance proposition testing among brokers on behalf of a large insurer. 

Deceased customer research

The Financial and Business Team has also won a project on deceased customer research, assessing the experience of next of kin when notifying a major high street bank of a customer's death.

Debt Collection Agency Benchmarking

The Team will also be carrying out research among customers in repayment difficulties around their engagement with a major bank's appointed debt collection agencies.
