Local Government Ombudsman - Social Care Communications Research
The Local Government Ombudsman (LGO) recently commissioned BDRC Continental's Government and Not-for-Profit team to undertake research looking into the best ways to communicate to self-funding adults receiving social
care - the LGO's relatively new remit means they can now take on complaints from
people in this sector. We devised a qualitative programme of work to
provide LGO with the necessary tools to raise awareness of their
remit and signpost potential complainants to their services.
